Yes. Property ownership records are public in every U.S. state. Skip-traced contact information comes from public and commercially available sources. You are always mailing to the owner's own address — never doorstepping, never scraping, never harassing.
We use skip trace to find their actual mailing address (public records). When we do, we include a small footnote noting that contact information comes from public records and may not always be current.
Yes. You add your name, phone, and address once during setup and it merges into every letter. Pro and Business tiers also give you a dedicated response phone number so replies tie back to the letter that generated them.
